I managed getting Chrome 5 Dev/Chrome 4 Stable to work on Windows Whistler Build 2416 (and also 2410 by removing manifests to chrome.exe due to manifests causing application binding errors, and it's one of the earliest Windows Whistler builds that can run Chrome 5 Dev/Chrome 4 Stable properly with modifications).

Chrome 5 Dev/Chrome 4 Stable does not work on Windows versions to prior to Windows Whistler build 2416 (and also 2410).
