0WordPad works again, and 16-bit apps like Windows Help works too. The problem is that spoolsv.exe maxes out one core, and had to terminate regsrv32.exe, as its my option to move on and this leads to using the Windows Classic visual style. I decided to use the Bliss wallpaper (from XP), and the Windows Classic color scheme (the one seen in Windows 98). And even includes a re-written managed DWM (and also seen in 4093), and some core features were restored to this build. But the real Windows Classic theme still does not work by default, until 4093.
