The workaround is adding --ignore-certificate-errors to the shortcut "chrome.exe" to make it work due to the certificate being expired on September 30, 2021, and it is also outdated.

And of course, Google Chrome 47.0.2526.111 requires Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or newer.
