Chrome has a lot of issues with Adobe flash player crashing, and the main reason for it is because you have two flash players running at one time.

In order to resolve the issue, you have to disable one of the two. Sometimes, the previous version of flashplayer may run better, so you can switch it by going to Chrome://plugins. This will enable you to go to the settings on your Chrome browser to change it.

If this does not work, you need to download the latest version of adobe flash player. Make sure you go to the correct site and download it, because there are bogus sites. The real site is http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . After you finish downloading Adobe flash player, and install it. Open up the chrome browser, type in chrome://plugins and enable the latest version.
