Dragon Tank can be actually a tough boss if you don't know what to do, it's possible to brute force your way through this fight (which as a kid I did), but you're going to use a lot of Tonics and Mid Tonics.

First thing to do is wreck the head so it won't heal the parts, after that the wheels since it does a pretty strong run over attack that hits both Crono and Lucca, then finish off the thing with whatever you like.
