Chrono Trigger - Ending 1
You get this End by saving the future before sending Marle in the telepod or by winning the second of two battles you are technically supposed to lose (the first one just continues the story anyway with some different dialogue if you win [which actually isn't that hard] rather than giving an ending, heh).
It should be pretty obvious to anyone who knows at all what I'm talking about, but I'm not using the numbering/naming system that was introduced in the incredibly crappy PlayStation port (..exactly why should it have to load every single time a battle starts or you even just open the menu when in theory the PS memory should be capable of loading the entire standard game at once?), mainly because the "official" name list they came up with is just plain stupid. For one thing, they in two separate cases made two obviously different endings count as the same ending, which my guess as to why would be simply, due to knowledge I have on related matters anyway, that the hack programmers they had do the port couldn't figure out how to differentiate them, the same ones who can't figure out that the PS, which loads much slower anyway, doesn't have to load at every single original SNES load point, and one ending isn't even counted at all (technically two, but most CT players don't seem to want to admit the other exists [I checked GameFAQs quickly to be sure, and it never mentions it, on top of having inaccurate information on the bounds of unlocking certain other endings, lol], so I'll just let them go on pretending).
