New game changing tech that completely bypasses the intro animation that plays in each level. Not only does this save time, it also eliminates RNG, as there are multiple spawn in animations that take different amounts of time, ranging from 1-3 seconds. This gets rid of the need for pointless resets and can shave 5-15 seconds off of pre-existing bonus level runs, and 35 - 105 seconds off of regular full game runs. All you have to do is press the rewind button immediately upon entering a level, which replaces the spawn animation with a quick flash that doesn't even last a full second. Maybe this was known before but there's like three people who actually run this game so I thought I'd put it out there just in case. Good luck to any other runners.
