The Nordhagen Haven is a settlement ready overhaul. Having pre existing Buildings Vendor stalls workbenches and beds. The settlement is easiest to get when you're given the rescue mission mission to save a woman's husband from easydowns. The settlement can be built on but most structures are unscrapable. There's also a bridge missing at the entrance, I will be showing you how to fix it with some simple pillar glitching . Bugs and incompatibilities are shown at the end.
