CiB Phillips CD-I Theater - Titanic (Episode 8)
The Phillips CD-i, released in 1991 for almost $1000, was supposed to be the next big thing in video games. It was one of the first systems that used CD technology, so surely, this would be all the rage, right?
With a library of games that have so little gameplay that they barely count as games, a frustrating controller, and no big system-sellers, it's no wonder the system failed. Now, we are here to bring you a lot of CD-i games you haven't seen - this is the bottom of the barrel, folks - it doesn't get much worse than this.
Lads, we're OFFICIALLY BACK to CD-I Theater. Did you miss it??? My sanity sure didn't! Straight from the epic 'CD-I Reference' library, we have Titanic!
Can't wait to pilot the Titanic... maybe we'll be able to dodge icebergs, or maybe it'll be like a Sim Theme Park kinda thing where you can check each area of the Titanic and upgrade ---
Oh, it's a reference video. Riiiiiiiiiight it's the CD-I. MAJOR bonus points if you watch this whole dang video. You are a YouTube king if you do, tbh. Thanks for watching!
