Запускается нормально. Производительность приемлемая. Звук есть. Графика рендерится хорошо, разрешение рендера 2х, это заметно убирает "пиксельность" и несильно влияет на фпс. Работает стабильно.
Насколько я вижу, то эмулятор "крутится" на одном ядре процессора, поэтому берите любой современный Intel процессор и гоните его до упора. Также рекомендую использовать Windows 10 для запуска.
