Sorry all but I made a mistake in recording. I got to 1800 AD and decided I wanted to replay from where this video left off but I saved over my old file ( knee jerk habit when I shut down civ 4 ) right before I deleted all the videos. The game wasn't going too well, I was up to 24 cities but had been fighting on multiple fronts ever since around 1100 AD. Stupid gilgamesh peace vassaled to the Chinese while I was taking him out, forcing me into a 3 front war. I slowly beat down the chinese over a looong time and then as a final insult Willem backstabs me too with infantry while I still had only rifles. The game at that point was a huge grind and probably not very fun to watch. I could have won eventually but it was still a disaster. Rough game for immortal. I think I'm going to play the map again with a different strategy.
