Civ4 no-nukes Mod - Stop AI using Nukes!
38We got tired of the AI spamming nukes in the late game era of Civ IV so I found this simple fix to remove nuclear weapons from the game entirely! If you play multiplayer make sure all players mod their games as shown here.
