0Claire: Extended Cut is a 2D side-scrolling psychological horror game developed and published by Hailstorm Games, available on Sony PlayStation (and other platforms). The game follows Claire, a young protagonist who awakens in a distorted, nightmarish version of a hospital while her mother is in a comatose state. What begins as a search for coffee quickly spirals into a terrifying ordeal as her surroundings collapse into darkness and grotesque sights. Claire's journey is deeply intertwined with her traumatic past, which is revealed through numerous flashback moments and notes scattered throughout the environment. The game's primary locations are twisted, distorted versions of seemingly ordinary places: A nightmarish Hospital (including the 8th Floor, ER, ICU, Pediatrics, and various halls and rooms), an abandoned School (with areas like the Library, Language Wing, History Wing, and classrooms), a dilapidated Apartment Block (including bathrooms, nurseries, and various rooms) and Claire's childhood Home.
