DESCRIPTION
The HS Viking 1 was made to really stress rotor and pistons, it has a mobile platform to carry a fancy rover. Despite how complex it may appear, it's "Klang proof" even after a dozen of KSH patches since it's early development.
WORKS GREAT WITH
BACKGROUND
I did this ship mainly for my personal willing to play this game again, since I have stopped playing SE almost 8 months ago I've never left the game totally. Many good ship makers left this game, many friends still here but I miss the old fancy days when the workshop spotlights were covered by really amazing ships made to push to the limit's this game.
So I wanted to work to a ship that had a ♥♥♥♥ing platform to carry a ♥♥♥♥ing rover made by rotors and pistons and that didn't blow up in SP at least (--- and this means that this ship was not made to work in the actual multiplayer). It was the first thing I tried to do in this game almost 3 years ago, but simply the game didn't allowed me to make things stable. Now thanks to KSH things are "slightly" changed and something before impossible now is doable.
The ship is very complex and multi-grid. It has a gazillion of timers and even that as for now I "really" forgot how they works, they does the job. The platform actions are "unaware player proof". And if you land the Viking to a flat zone, the platform wont break or clang whatever you are going to mess with the button I've placed almost everywhere.
In the platform fit a rover I've published at the same time of this ship, you can make your own version ofc, but I suggest to follow some "hooking rules" I've explained in the workshop page of the rover. The link on that rover is the orange image above all in this page.

SCRIPTS USED
Power and Display Manger
Despite it's aged development, it works, and works great. The Viking 1 benefit of it's automated power management, don't worry if you look that most of the power generators are off, they will light on only if neeeded both to boost power at the ship or simply to recharge it's battery arrays, the script also advice with changing status lights about the power absorpion of the solar power panels. Amazing script.
Fancy flight info
Very hard to configure (at least for me). Tried to do so for the cockpit. I hope you enjoy it's real-time informations.
Corsairs dream LED controller script
If you have a good rig, enjoy the HS Viking 1 pulsing LIGHTS while in game. The script doesn't work automathically as it shoud when your world reaload or once the Blueprint is pasted, you have to recompile the PB script to let it work. To access it in a fast way the first group in the "F" window is that PB. Just hit the "recompile" button and everything will "PULSE" :)
