RPG Maker, known in Japan as RPG Tsukūru is the name of an expansive series of programs for the development of role-playing games (RPGs), first created by the Japanese group ASCII, then succeeded by Enterbrain. The Japanese name, Tsukūru, is a pun mixing the Japanese word tsukuru (作る), which means "make" or "create", with tsūru (ツール), the Japanese transcription of the English word "tool".

Note: This is actually a demo game that is include in this game maker. It's basically show you what this game maker can make if you put some time and work in it. From what you watch, it isn't much (can't really blame them). The demo look like games from the early Genesis or SNES game. This is quite a disappointing when you're hopping you can make a RPG games with PS1 graphics (well, it's a PS1 game you know).

I use to love RPG Maker (the PC version) when I was younger and did play few games that people make with the PC version. Unfortunately, the idea of making my own RPG games didn't really happened (limited of time and patience).

Even with this, I do have to give a credit of this maker. It make you realize how much work a person have to spend to make a game from this program and respect those people who make a very good games from this maker.
