This unusual handheld device runs on VT162 hardware, which MAME doesn't currently have the best emulation of. This is a selection of Jungle Soft games, but unlike most handhelds these have been designed for a vertical screen. I'm currently having to almost disable the sound CPU as it trashes the game state after a bank change otherwise. There are also a number of other weird issues (including one game not running at all, corrupt backgrounds in the pinball style titles and missing characters in the Tetris Plus clone)
Not sure when I'll find time to look into this in more detail. There's a horizontal unit which seems to be based on similar software but that doesn't boot at present.
