The Hi-Kara x PIZZA-LA cartridge for the Hi-Kara unit from Tomy appears to be some kind of promotional tie-in with the PIZZA-LA chain. I don't believe this was a standard retail cartridge, and may have been some kind of competition prize. While MAME's XaviX sound emulation still isn't very accurate this video should give you an idea of the songs in the cartridge.
