MAME Improvements to Dingle Hunt and Ocean Fantasy ("Classic Max Pocket" Mx-10) (VT168 hardware) VIDEO
It turns out these enable a bit which is documented in the VT168 documentation, but they seem to want it to have no effect. Ignoring it fixes the colours and priorities in the TwinBee clone "Dingle Hunt" and the Tetris Plus clone "Ocean Fantasy"
