Cleaning OM0 transfer attempts(let Michael scripted walking finish + wait 7s+)
4Had the most success with letting Michael finish scripted walking/waiting for map to appear, all the really fast switches(park bench,coffee shop) I think you need to let scripted walking finish and wait at least 7-10s after map appears, otherwise switch is blocked and you have to go for backups. I think the very few I got blocked switch on(past 10m mark) was just not waiting enough afterwards, 10s would be super safe, waking up switch has almost no chance, I'd still wait a few seconds after. Not sure why waiting is important, maybe has something to do with Cletus reaching balcony before calling Friedlander, breaking something.
If you do get blocked switch there's a backup you can go for, close to the end of the hospital cutscene, I pause for 3s or so, while holding F5 you can unpause and usually get the switch, sometimes it's really tight but most of the time it goes through, just have to release F5 before it kicks in.
The whole reason this is less consistent to me all of a sudden is I originally did it from save file, but finishing a mission before trying Cleaning OM0 makes the switch blocked sometimes. Easiest way for me to test this was start Fresh Meat, mod in cp5 and instapass, then go for Cleaning OM0.
Still think it could be 40-60s faster on average, fastest Cletus trigger I have is 46s, and slowest(cop chase in city + suicide) was 1:36, so slowest RNG would be +50s-1m. Switches you need to suicide on would be cop chases, under pier/parking lot, mountain switch, and some extremely rare underwater lake switch, plane switch would probably be better to fly, super rare though. Probably 7:20 cleaning at worst, but you still save 20s later to Rocco reroute.
