Hawks moveset in this game is pretty good but during my arcade run I noticed that his feathers don’t always land this affects him immensely since his quirk ability and his level 2 relys souly on his feathers which means the chances of you pulling of his level 2 super is super low not to mention his level 1 aswell but hawks in my opinion is very well rounded
