Clockwork Empires is a game by the makers of Dungeon of Dreadmore (an other amazing indie game!) which allow you to manage a colonial style city. There a wide range of thing to build/create and every citizen has a mind of his own concerning your action and events happening around.
The game could put in same genre as Gnomoria & Dwarf fortress.
Still beware the game is still on early alpha, crash and bug may occur.
