Hi everyone! It's done! Woohoo!!! I finally managed to get the bugs out (I hope, lol)... The video kinda goes through what each part does, I explain some of the bugs I found and how I fixed them. I go over how to use the cloning (super easy) and I show it in action. I also explain what to do in case you mess up (You hit the wrong box by accident, for example).

Where to Save Structure File (For Windows):
C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves\[World Name]\structures

How to bring it into your Minecraft World:
/give [Player Name] minecraft:Structure_Block
Place structure block, change to 'Load' configuration
type 'clone' as the name
Include Bounding Box: On
Include Entities: On
Hit 'Load' once
Verify location via Bounding Box
Click 'Load' one more time.

VOILA! You can now clone in your world with Command Blocks!
