Pacifist XCOM Ironman Impossible is now possible in the simplified gameplay of XCOM Chimera Squad, faster and easier and friendlier to new players, unless you try to not kill anyone.
Verge, Cherub, Terminal and Torque are my starting squad, their humor and some Tranquilizer Rounds will help, but we'll also need a different approach.
Not only non-lethal only but also psionic cop RP: subduing over shooting when possible gives way to a different way of playing XCOM, more character focused in preparation to Firaxis next project with Marvel Midnight Suns (coming March 2022).
