I guess it was just me who performed better the last time. Plus this time around I filled it up with a bit more fuel (35%). So, now it's closer to the F-16 in performance. Still needs a more thorough investigation, but at least it's not that much of an "uber plane" I had the impression it was.

After quite a lot of experimentation I came to the conclusion that three and a half minutes of full AB thrust ~350 kts combat maneuvering roughly equates to 35% fuel for the smaller fighters. Quite a lot of thirty-fives, eh?
