The next set of simple weapons up for review from Baldur's Gate 3 are the club, javelin, mace and torch. There is one clear winner out of them and I'm not sure any martial weapon will really come out much higher when I eventually get to them.

Please let me know what you think of these weapons, particularly the torch since it is in a league of its own.

At time of recording the game was still in Early Access Patch 7, and by the time of the full release of Baldur's Gate 3 things may have changed.
