This Rogue build for Baldur's Gate 3 is called BolTav. He is the fastest rogue known to Tavkind and is able to outrun a horse! Rogues are ideal for this since they can get an extra bonus action with the thief subclass choice and they also get dash as a bonus action, which allows them to dash many times in a turn.
