Produced by Cambria Productions, Clutch Cargo was a pulpy cartoon that aired on U.S. television begining in 1959. Clutch Cargo had limited animation but is mainly remembered for the "Synchro-Vox" technology whereby a human's lips are superimposed in place of illustrated cartoon lips. Clutch Cargo was created by Clark Haas.
Adventurer Clutch Cargo travels the world on dangerous assignments. Accompanying him on his assignments were his young ward Spinner and his pet Dachshund Paddlefoot.
