In this video I'll be demonstrating the official CyanogenMod 9 ROM for the Galaxy S2 Skyrocket (AT&T) and Galaxy S2 LTE (Rogers). The reason the same ROM works for both versions of the phone is because the AT&T and Rogers network use the same cellphone frequencies for a phone signal, thus the hardware is almost the same.
