Showing off an experimental system that allows an opponent to flip their car like a player if they're stuck. It's not perfect but it's a little step for making them feel like actual players! This feature is only in the competitive modes btw, not Classic Carma.

Explanation: the AI PUp gifting system constantly runs a short timer with a random chance of running a check, which detects if an opponent is sitting still while their wheels are off the ground. If the conditions are met, then the opponent is given a PUp that flips them over. It's not *true* wobble recovery for the AI (since I doubt it's possible), but it has almost the same effect.
