Still have some minor things to improve before I consider this finished but this is a new high for Condition Druid so I figured I would upload it.
When I'm done with this I'll also do a no-damage field benchmark which will be included in the final benchmark for reference since astral force generation is not always consistent in pugs like it is on the golem.
Right now my best without the damage field is 38.3k which is fine, our real damage output will be between 38.3 and 42.8k

For my Chronomancer viewers I will get to doing those benches after I'm finished with Condition Druid, I needed a break from Chronomancer.
To be frank I am not too happy with the changes, it just makes boon generation braindead as we generate around 150-170 % quickness/alacrity at 0% boon duration which means it's insanely forgiving and you don't really need a specific rotation for generating boons.
Along with there being no difference between the rotation if you are generating quickness or alacrity.
You can just do the DPS Chronomancer rotation and adapt the shatter rotation for having no Chronophantasma.
