I plugged the MP3 in my car to test it with my new car Radio.
I unplugged it and put it in my pocket.
When I put it out, it was doing that.
I cant turn it off, gonna try to let the battery turn dead.

Update:Yes, just let the battery go dead when you get this problem then recharge it.
It should work again :)
