COD Black Ops II - Hauppauge HD PVR Rocket First Game Capture
Just got my new Hauppauge HD PVR Rocket Game Capture card and did a 10 minute recruit bot match in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. I used the MP7 for my primary weapon and the KAP-40 for my secondary. I got a few Lightning Strike Scorestreaks in during the game. I think these look nice on the Nuketown 2025 map I was playing. I ended up with a fantastic K-D (64-5) ratio thanks to my brand new Turtle Beach Earforce PX-22 gaming headset. I could actually hear my enemies with precise clarity.
Video recorded on my PS3 on July 24, 2014 by phoenixgenesis and captured to my PC. I recorded in 10.00 Mbps for high quality video, but it brought my file size in TS to over 800 MB. I tried to convert my output to mp4, but the video appeared to be out-out-of-sync with the audio by a few seconds, so I will need to do a few experiments before I tweak everything just right.
It is so nice not to have to record standing up with a tripod and iPod Touch in front of my TV screen. Due to the restrictions on the PS3 with HDMI, you can't record to 1080p, so I dropped the resolution down to 720p. I still think the video looks fantastic.
