Retimed to 12:10 without loads by the game moderators. My first run with a first attempt strafe jump skip. The first two gunfights were a bit slow so combined with some other small improvements this run can be improved by at least 5-10 seconds.
Small new time save near the end at 10:35 : you can sneak outside the door before it closes by quickly hitting the trigger inside and immediately walking out. This gets you slightly closer to the MG truck earlier which can save couple seconds. You have to wait a bit when the warehouse door opens before going outside or you can't enter the MG. This can be fixed by running further back into the warehouse.
