The tactical "running guns up" sprint was introduced a few years ago into Call of Duty, and it's here this year in MW2 Modern Warfare II 2022, so in this video tutorial guide I show you how to activate it, and also how to dolphin dive and slide.
To activate Tactical Sprint, simply click / tap down twice quickly on your left stick, on Xbox or PlayStation controllers. To then do a Swan or Dolphin Dive, press and hold "B" on Xbox or "Circle" on PlayStation. If instead you'd like to slide, just tap "B" on Xbox or "Circle" on PlayStation.
