In this video/stream : After many hours of trying, I finally got into the keypad-room (second level of stadium) to unlock the Enigma blueprint (CR-56 AMAX). Look below for further info on how to do it :

!!! NOTE : Be aware that the code changes every match, so you have to do this all in 1 single match, my advice would be to do it in "PLUNDER" !!!
* First of all you need to find keycards in the Stadium. (In theory you can find them all over the stadium, but in my experience, you mostly find them in the underground parkinglot)
* There are 3 available : P2-16 (opens door in P2 underground parkinglot) / CL-19 (opens door near the bar on the first level of the stadium - paralel with pitch) / EL-21 (opens the door on second level of the stadium).
* Inside each room you'll find a computer which will give you a code (mix of numbers and symbols. The symbols we refer to as "house", "nose", "china" need to be replaced with a number). If you find all 3 keycards, you can create the 8-digit code needed to open the keypad-room on the second level of the stadium, but even if you only find 2 keycards, it is possible to solve the puzzle (as shown in this video).
* First room I open the code is : 7-"house"-"house"-"nose"-4-"nose"-2-"nose"
* Second room I open the code is : "china"-"house"-"house"-1-4-"nose"-2-"nose".
* So, we now know that "china" = 7 and "nose" = 1, only unknown is "house".
* We also know that "house" is gonna be a different number than the numbers we already have. (This is a known factor, nobody ever had the same number appear for a different symbol)
* So our code = 7 "house" "house" 1 4 1 2 1, which means that house has to be one of the following numbers : 0 3 5 6 8 9 (if you also have the 3rd keycard, you will know which one it is, but seen we only opened 2 doors, we had to try a few possible combinations)
* So I tried the following codes :
7 0 0 1 4 1 2 1
7 3 3 1 4 1 2 1
7 5 5 1 4 1 2 1 (this was the right code which opened the door, so I did not need to try the other possibilities below, so for this match, "house" = 5)
7 6 6 1 4 1 2 1
7 8 8 1 4 1 2 1
7 9 9 1 4 1 2 1
