4Credits to Surviv0r for the new dialogue skip, Bluetarget for the new elevator and Jeff7 for the faster C4 strat. Sub 5:20 is possible. (Side note: this could've been sub 5:20 if I used an alternative route for the dialogue skip but I thought at the time that this elevator route was faster...)
Testing a new route at the start which can be 1-2 seconds faster than earlier strats but the time save depends on Prices location. Note: make sure you don't shoot the enemies before Prices "Move." line or you'll get slow teammates. Ideally you wait for Price to start moving before killing the enemies and pray that he doesn't stop to shoot at them.
Fast C4 strat allows you to get a 5th grenade boost by picking up a grenade from those enemies you C4'd while inside the first house. You could also use this extra grenade to boost Price when he opens the door but I'm not sure which one saves more time. Also with that strat you can get very unlucky if the enemies don't drop a grenade so you only have 3 grenades to boost Gaz and Griggs.
