In part five, the lyokowarriors, having located the position of the Desert Replika's Main Tower, are read to try out the new program. After traversing the Desert Replika, they have to fend off William and his summoned monsters before Aelita can enter the tower and run Code: Chimera, knocking out the tower and the Replika with it.

However, when the Replika is destroyed, a mass of energy is released into the Digital Sea. Aelita chases after it, but the Skidbladnir itself is not fast enough. Ulrich Gives it a try in his Navskid, but is unsuccessful as well.

Back at the Factory, Odd is happy that the Replika was destroyed and Ulrich belives that the loss "hit X.A.N.A real hard." Jeremy, however is worried that it only aggrivated X.A.N.A and wants to investigate the energy from the Replika Destruction. Odd refuses to let him work any further though, Insisting that he come to see "Paco: The King of Disco" to celebrate a successful mission.
