In part 4, Jeremy and Aelita unveil new information about the foregen desert. It is a copy of Lyoko's own Desert, created by X.A.N.A!

Jeremy then say's he and Aelita have made a new program called Code: Chimera, which can destroy the Replika. However, it must be run from the "Main" Tower of the Replika.

The Lyokowarriors travel back to the Desert Replika to Find a data-bearing Tower. They then return to Sector 5 to Process the data and send it to Jeremy so he can find the Main Tower.
