-Fox is OP - her weapon can hit weak points for bonus damage, its very long ranged & powerful. Probably the most OP character in the game. She has low HP to balance it out but she shouldn't be put in danger anyway. Califia & Queequeg can be powerful w/ long range bombs too, while Tin Man can basically give extra turns & he is immune to stun. Of course, it depends on the situation in which other characters not mentioned can shine.
-The boss has a weak point but you need to break its shell on the top of it first. Breaking its shell will slow it down, but it will regenerate it eventually. Breaking it 2 times should give you enough time to complete the mission without failing.
-There are 2 fans above the arena - weapons like the turret you can control, Fox's Rifle or Califia's rockets are likely to reach it. Hit the fan when the boss is right under it will guarantee its shell breaking to expose the weak point. Beware that people can get hurt by the fan too.
-The boss can spew bombs around it which can hurt anyone in range, and it can hurt any character in its path. You can hide below it using the stairs leading below but there are Lurker worms there.
