The world has almost completely fallen into ruin. Vampires are all over the dang place, and there isn’t enough blood to go around. This is causing the less privileged to go feral. All is not lost, though, for a newly awakened revenant may be able to get the blood waters of life flowing once again.

Wandering through a bland, stringy cathedral town sucks. The architects really should have planned this place out a little better. Hmm? Yakumo believes the Cathedral of Sacred Blood was created by a meteor? That makes sense. That explains why the place ain't finished.
