It's great to know that my intuition and prediction of level 35 from episode 1 actually came to fruition.

For a dark of 291, level 35, Queenslayer Claw, Oliver's transition at 3/8 health, bloodshot:
12600 x 3/8 / (291 x 1.2 x 1.25 x .8 x 1.3) = 10.4 = 11 bloodshots for phase 1 focused

12600 x 5/8 / (291 x 1.2 x 1.15 x .8 x 1.3) = 18.9 = 19 bloodshots for phase 2 focused

11 phase 1 + 19 phase 2 = 30 bloodshots = 60 ichor = 30 from caster and 30 from ichor concentrates

And that is the lower bound for Oliver gifts only.

So it seems the lower bound threshold of getting through Oliver is level 35 with a dark value of 291. Good to know. Onwards to the parking deck!

The actual mathematical lower bound is dark of 289.
12600 x 3/8 / (289 x 1.2 x 1.25 x .8 x 1.3) = 10.48 = 11 bloodshots for phase 1 focused

12600 x 5/8 / (289 x 1.2 x 1.15 x .8 x 1.3) = 18.99 = 19 bloodshots for phase 2 focused

This could potentially happen at level 34 with a dark of 290 because dark of 289 doesn't exist, but the rounding errors of vein doesn't allow this to be true. So level 35 is indeed your earliest level to beat Oliver with gifts only with no veil or weapon interactions.
