When you're tired of getting smacked around, it might be worth some time investigating hound veil health regens. These sorts of setups are great for one-on-one encounters in an adventuring state. Invasions are a little difficult, but the individual encounters are astronomically rewarding. On zero star adventuring, this is absolutely ridiculous with how much ability this yields while never taking almost any damage. On max difficulty, it's a completely different story altogether. The enemies are able to hit for more than the entire health bar very early on in the game. Therefore, it is imperative that the health regen matches the incoming damage. As Goddess' Smile only recovers 300 HP on focus, it's worse than a single charge drain for Vali. So it is in one's best interest to get the charge drains done with EXCEPTIONALLY quick. This will still yield high health return and great knockdown potential.
