As we continue our journey here in the Cathedral, we investigate what it's like to die over and over and over and over. The Berserker and his minions make short work of us with our "bayonet as a sword" endeavors here. The Black Bayonet here seems to do fairly well. It does much, much better than the Bloody Snow as a slashing weapon. The change in attack patterns makes for a decent substitute to a one-handed sword. At 24 weight, it makes it's way into the top bayonets for weight. However, it has appreciable damage over the Bloody Snow to say the least. It seems that in the hands of a very capable user, the Black Bayonet can be very devastating while mixing in shots here and there.
