Coding a small java program that lets you rate each year

I made this cheap and very simple little program in Java on my own that lets you input how many stars you would give for every year from 2000 till 2020. The program asks to give a star rating from 1 to 5 stars from 1 being a super rough year up to 5 being an amazing year. Like for instance if 2015 went super awesome I would give five stars, but if 2012 went "meh" I would give 2 or 3 stars.

Since I have just started learning how to code, I am still freshly new to programming code as I apply what I learned in my courses. This isn't intended to be a full tutorial on any specific concepts but you can maybe see this as an example of some concept you are unsure of as this may be useful.
