Sorry You can't just get a job with HTML/CSS knowledge and you need JavaScript which is a must now.
Back in 2000 we use have jobs sucj as HTML Developer or CSS Developer but not anymore.
Make sure to watch my video on how to become a web designer so scripting programming knowledge is must.

Learning JavaScript is must and its not hard to learn and you learn JavaScript within a month if you work hard.
Also you can learn JS buy playing the CodeCombat game which really speed up the process of learning JavaScript.

So at the end you just can't get the job of a web developer with HTML and CSS Skills only,
