I play Storm Summoning a lot, and I know that on Homecoming: they just released Storm Blast which will result in a "surge" of Storm/Storm characters. Hurricane is a divisive power that is really detrimental if you just jump into the middle of groups with it. Instead, you should be standing on the edges of groups and moving a lot, trying to push enemies on the outside of clusters in towards the center: forcefully herding enemies for your team. It takes a degree of practice to do this and there's always a bit of randomness based on who the enemy aggros on and if they get immobilized or not, so you need to react and adjust your position accordingly. Hurricane is honestly a lot of fun.
