Just a gamer girl trying to have fun. I enjoy all sorts of games and cooking, but above all friends.

Ingredients
1/2 c. whole buttermilk
1/4 c. olive oil
6 green onions, sliced and divided
1/4 c. red wine vinegar, divided
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 3/4 tsp. kosher salt, divided
2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 (15-oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 c. grape tomatoes, halved
1 c. shredded carrots
1 bunch collard greens, stemmed, cut in half lengthwise, and thinly sliced into ½-inch pieces (2 ½ pounds or 1 pound chopped, about 12 cups)
3/4 c. fried onions
1/2 c. dry roasted salted peanuts, chopped
