College Textbook and Homework Online Access Codes Are A SCAM! Here's Why
More classes are starting to use online platforms for some part of the course. Whether that is completely online, to have a textbook and homework online, or just for tests, it costs students a ton of money for the online access codes to get the textbooks and homework. At the University of Oregon we have tons of classes that expect us to pay tons each semester, also purchasing some completely separate access codes for different websites. In this video I talk about some college tips I have regarding textbooks online access code homework stuff, as well as just my general problems with it all. With the College Admissions Scandal going around, I hope more action starts being taken on everything surrounding college schemes. Some of the companies I refer to are Cengage, McGraw Hill Connect, and MyMathLab for example.
