Combining Cards In A Sci-Fi Roguelike Deckbuilder | Fox And Shadow demo
2Hello everyone! Here we are with a demo of an upcoming game. This is Fox and Shadow, a roguelike deckbuilder whose main mechanic is the ability to combine character's cards (usually stats) with drone's cards (the default cards from the deck). Right now, there is not a lot of variety in terms of those cards, so it mostly depends on the different combinations that you can create. This is demo is just for combat, so it's understandable, but I really hope they add, at least, more drone's cards, because after a few minutes it feels like you have seen everything already.
There is also a lack of balance between the enemies' attacks and the shield you can produce (being quite underwhelming), so right now the best bet is to try to kill them as fast as possible and then use your scrap to heal. Sadly, because of that, I couldn't take a look at the shop though.
