Coming Soon: The new era of Techno-Strike Source
2Coming soon is a new mod that combines the assets of CS:S, CS:GO, and the upcoming CS:2. Using the solid foundation of Techno-Strike Source, you can expect a unique mod that definetly has had some love and attention put into it.
A bit off-topic here, but here are some things I wanna talk about:
1. Notice the sudden increase in the video quality. New font, transition effects, 1080p resolution, custom-made GTA V remix (will be uploaded on my main channel) etc. Basically I now have access to a much better PC, which allowed me to do some of these things (I say "some" because I could have done it all on my old 2013 craptop, but much slower and with lower quality.)
2. Let's hope that I actually keep my promise and release this mod at some point. Right now it only really needs some additional CS:2 sound effects, but most importantly: a new GUI. TS:Source used a customized version of h0lmGUI 4.1, which doesn't really look well with the updated visuals in my opinion, and I am really looking to find a proper replacement for it. Most are either too "futuristic" looking, and others are just basic mods of the OG ui, which is not what I am looking for. I also tend to really lazy out and not keep my promises (and sometimes lose interest in said project), which I hope doesn't happen, and I WILL try to finish this mod. I am a bit buzy with studying and stuff since I do have finals in June, but I will attempt to make everything work.
ETA: None, since if I set a deadline on when it will release I will definetly not be keeping that promise (read paragraph 2).
